I phoned Crumlin today. Jono’s surgery has been cancelled. I knew this would happen, don’t know why I just had a feeling so I’m not surprised.
Jono is gutted, he was all ready for it.
I have to phone next Thursday to see if there is anymore news of a date.

Gutted for you all and especially, for Jono. It’s so unfair!
It makes me mad that children are being allowed to suffer while the HSE awards itself bonuses.
Fingers crossed you’ll get a date again very quickly.
I’m so sorry to read this. This sort of thing happens too frequently and it is so cruel to all concerned.
Please tell Jono that we are all hoping and praying that it will happen as soon as possible so that you can put it behind you and get on with your lives.

I’m so sorry to hear of the postponed surgery. I know how hard this is on a child. Hopefully a new date will be organised (and more importantly kept) soon.
