Sweeties, originally uploaded by magnum_lady.
This photo got chosen as pic of the day on pix.ie so I’m delighted about that. Not bad for a bag of sweets that cost 49 cent.
Jono had his appointment with the physiotherapist today. It was at Nazareth House which is a lovely old building and has connections with W.B. Yeats.
Jono has been given some exercises to do to help he get more flexible. We are also going to start back swimming again soon which should help as well.
Best of luck with the Physio – keep at it Jono, it will be worth it.
A lovely building Val – surely can’t be Sligo with that blue sky!! ๐
Thanks Michelle, it was a lovely day ๐
You’ve made those sweets look awfully yummy! ๐
I’m surprised that Jono wasn’t referred for Physio before now. It provides a useful stepping stone after surgery.
DIY exercises should complement the surgery and improve the surgical outcome. Swimming is also a good way to improve general muscle tone.
Thanks Steph, Jono was referred for physio before but he was given exercises incase he needed another surgery, to strengthen his core muscles. Now he is with a different physio to help him try and get flexible.
We’ve been swimming since Jono had his surgery but not for a while as the membership ran out, so I must get that sorted again.
