Thanks to the people that got in touch about Jono’s course. We will let you know what happens. He has made so many friends there already and was wondering could he still go in there the odd time for lunch. The answer was no, this bloody country. Anyway fingers crossed for Monday.

Last week I took Rocket to a Horkan’s petworld which is a local pet shop. They were having free NCT’s for pets. The NCT is the national car test but I renamed it National canine test for this occasion.

I wasn’t too sure what the NCT involved, but they weighed him, and a vet checked him all over. Luckily they didn’t check his emissions because he would have failed on that 😉 The vet thinks he’s between 2 and 3 years old. We weren’t sure as he’s a rescue dog. Rocket was very well behaved. He usually barks at other dogs but there was a dog there that wouldn’t shut up and Rocket just looked at him like he was mad.

I was hoping to take photo’s but it was absolute chaos. There were dogs everywhere and most of them were ‘watering’ things. Rocket almost watered a shop assistants leg but I managed to stop him in time.

Anyway talking about emissions and farting in general. Did you know that Kangaroo’s can’t fart?? I only found out when Lucy told me last night. So glad her Junior Cert. year has paid off 😉
