This weekend was the annual Feile na Tuaithe at the museum of country life in Castlebar. It’s a great family event and it’s free. There were all kinds of events taking place.
During the weeks leading up to the festival there was a photo competition running. The kids and I entered photo’s. If you read one of my earlier blogs you’ll have seen some of the photo’s in the national papers. We got a call on Friday to say that one of the photo’s Lucy entered had won the under 18’s prize.
Lucy was delighted. She won a Nikon Coolpix camera.
This is the photo that won. It’s Rocket kissing the horse up the lane 🙂 Rocket will kiss anyone 😉 This is the second photography competition that Lucy has won.
