It’s not just the leaves falling!

I love this time of year. October in Sligo is usually a magical month, with the misty mornings, sunny days and falling leaves there’s nothing quite like it. Unfortunately it’s not just the leaves falling!

I took Jono swimming today – he does his physio in the pool and afterwards we go to the Jacuzzi. Only today things didn’t go to plan. I made sure Jono was OK in the Jacuzzi, I went to get and ending up falling head first into it!! Luckily I didn’t land on anyone, but somehow I have a bruise on my backside! ….and a bruised ego. I’m such an eejit.

This isn’t my first run in with a Jacuzzi. When Andy and I got married the hotel we went to for our wedding night had a Jacuzzi but the grill for the drain/vent thing was missing and I moved too close to it…..my backside ended up being sucked by the bloody thing!  So I had a whacking great bruise! What a way to start our honeymoon.

I think I should just stay away from the Jacuzzi in future.
