The Three Amigos

The Three Amigo’s are Robert Mizzell, Jimmy Buckley and Patrick Feeney. All great singers in their own right. They have teamed up for ‘The Grand Tour’ series of concerts all over Ireland.

Jono likes country and western music so when I saw a competition in the Sligo Champion for tickets to the show at The Radisson Hotel in Sligo I entered. Jono was delighted when I got the call to say we had won!

So last night off we went. I have to say I was apprehensive as it’s not my kind of music. Firstly I couldn’t believe how packed the place was. We got there early and the place was already half full.

Now for the surprising part. I had a really great night! All three are great singers and not only that they are great entertainer’s as well.It was a really funny show between the songs there were comedy sections. There was even an appearance by ‘Jedward’!

I’ve put a few video’s up on youtube and more will follow tomorrow. If you do get a chance to see the show it really is a great night. It lasted for well over 3 hours and we got to meet the guys at the end which was great.
