This month has felt like it was at least 300 days long, well to me anyway. It’s not been a bad month though. I managed to stay on the wagon with dry January – not a drop of alcohol has been consumed. Even more surprisingly I haven’t had any cake and those who know me […]
Monday night is our Operation Transformation group weigh-in. I was a bit dubious as to how I’d done this week because as you know I went for Afternoon Tea on Saturday. I’ve also been eating more after my talk with the nutritionist who told me I was eating way too little.
I suppose this is a strange topic to follow the Galway Goodies post but everything in moderation. If you live in Ireland you’ll probably be aware of the Operation Transformation programme on RTE. Basically it’s a programme to help people lose weight and follow a healthy lifestyle.
As you know I’ve been on a healthy eating kick for the last few months (minus eating shite at Christmas because I guess we all do that!) I lost almost a stone in weight and kept most of it off.
If you read my post a couple of weeks ago, you might be wondering how I’m getting on. Well I’m still trying with the diet healthy lifestyle. I started on the worst week with the Sligo Food Trail taking place but one bad day doesn’t ruin it all.
A bit of a catch up blog I suppose. Due to the dark days and lack of inspiration the blog seems to be limping along of late. I did read a great post this morning with some blogging inspiration so hopefully that will help.
