– Our village Operation Transformation finished last week. I went along every week to be weighed and I’ve lost a stone so I’m pretty happy with that. The pic on the left is before (I’m the less hairy one 😉 ) on the right is after.
Monday night is our Operation Transformation group weigh-in. I was a bit dubious as to how I’d done this week because as you know I went for Afternoon Tea on Saturday. I’ve also been eating more after my talk with the nutritionist who told me I was eating way too little.
I suppose this is a strange topic to follow the Galway Goodies post but everything in moderation. If you live in Ireland you’ll probably be aware of the Operation Transformation programme on RTE. Basically it’s a programme to help people lose weight and follow a healthy lifestyle.
I was thrilled this week to have won a Pilates course from Sligo Pilates. It was the perfect prize to go hand in hand with my healthy eating and the fact I’m trying to tone up. You’re probably wondering what waves have to do with Pilates but read on and you’ll find out.
Wonders will never cease, I’m still on the healthy eating! Nothing short of a miracle for me! To be honest I didn’t feel like I was losing any weight until I managed to get into a size 12 pair of jeans today – and still be able to walk whilst wearing them!
If you read my post a couple of weeks ago, you might be wondering how I’m getting on. Well I’m still trying with the diet healthy lifestyle. I started on the worst week with the Sligo Food Trail taking place but one bad day doesn’t ruin it all.
