Introducing the Mental Health Podcast

One of the things that I’m asked most about (apart from what there is to do in Sligo), is about my mental health, how I dealt with my depression and how I cope with anxiety. I’ve written quite a lot about it, but sometimes I think you need to hear a friendly voice, so the Mental Health Episode Podcast has been born.

The first one is an introduction and a bit of background to my mental health issues. In the ones that follow, I will share my experiences of panic attacks, anxiety, counselling, and most importantly some of the things that helped me.
