Seeing Red

Firstly thanks for all the Happy Birthday Blog comments ๐Ÿ™‚

I took Andy for his first appointment at the warfarin clinic in the hospital yesterday. He has to go once a week to have his blood checked. His poor arms are covered in bruises. I waited in the waiting room for him and had the pleasure of sitting between two old ladies. One kept burping and the other one smelt of wee……nice!

The kids went out last night to a schools talent contest. It was on in the Sligo Park Hotel. We were worried about Jono going as it’s quite soon after his surgery but he really wanted to go. Of course you might have guessed something would happen. Some muppet jumped on his back! He’s fine and said he reckon the rods stopped him falling over. It’s such a worry though.

  1. Gorgeous photos! I suspect admiring a donkey on a Friday is probably better for your waistline than a Crunchie, but does it FEEL like a treat? Does it? Hmm?
    I’m thinking not ๐Ÿ˜‰
Your blog made me smile. So thanks. ๐Ÿ™‚
