There’s a lovely new coffee cart in Rosses Point, Sligo. Thanks to blog reader Carol who sent me an email to tell me about it. I headed out today to check it out – and I was very impressed to see that they not only serve coffee, but they also have açai bowls, smoothies, and O’Hara’s ice cream.
I treated myself to an açai bowl, because they are my favourite, and it was huge! Although it was early on Bank Holiday Monday, there was a queue of people, and it’s in the brilliant location of Rosses Point Caravan and Camping Park. There’s nothing nicer than a picnic breakfast by the sea – especially when the sun is shining.
