Swimming and Spring Cleaning

It’s been a fantastic couple of days in all kinds of ways. Not only was the sun shining and the birds singing but there seems to be a real shift in my energy levels – at long last! Good people also seem to be popping up from everywhere too.

Firstly the wonderful lady who gave Jono a 6 month gym membership so he can go to the swimming pool to do his physio exercises. Once again I am blown away by the kindness of people. With all the awful things going on in the world it’s great to see the flip side of things.

Secondly the lovely weather and my energy levels meant that I actually felt like clearing out things from the house. We moved house in such a hurry that all the rubbish moved with us, not actually rubbish, but things we didn’t want anymore but didn’t have time to get rid of them.

I sorted out a lot of things for the charity shop – including some things that held bad memories for me. I don’t know if it’s my imagination but I swear the feeling in my room has improved since I’ve moved these things out. I just wish I’d done it sooner!

I totally understand what you are talking about. I too felt much better when I could “let go” of stuff, and the memories that were attached to them. I also wished I had done it sooner, but also know I was not ready back then either. I feel better when I don’t have so much stuff…and am working on that…I believe we can feel energy..for me anyway. Some places I visit have such a profound affect on me, while others don’t. Some people are the same….there is so much we don’t know.
How lovely that Juno got a 6 month membership, thats huge. Yes, I am still amazed at the world and the kindness of people- especially for me as it is the exact opposite of what I was told growing up. I hope he enjoys it and finds some relief.
