Not long until my 50th birthday and the mid-life crisis is well and truly underway. Although I actually don’t think it’s a crisis at all, I think it’s kind of cool.
I have got my tattoo booked for Thursday at Urban Gorilla….eek. I won’t lie, I am nervous. I have no idea what to expect pain wise but hopefully I’ll be brave. I’m only getting a small unicorn but I’m quite concerned that I might have an uncontrollable spasm mid-way through and end up with a horn halfway down my arm!!
I’m also going to start tap dancing lessons on Sunday at the Chapel Lane Dance Studio and I can’t wait!! I’ve been wanting to dance for years and I was going to start ballet but I think I’d look like a hippo in a tutu and heaven forbid if I’d have to wear a leotard. Anyway adult classes for both ballet and tap begin on Sunday if anyone else is interested.
That’s my exciting news for this week, I’ll tell you how both things go.

Brilliant Val! I can’t wait to hear how the tap dancing goes! (Make sure you don’t fall off! Lol). I’ve wanted to do some for years (I did tap and ballet as a small child) but I’m not courageous (or fit) enough now.
