The Blind Tiger in Sligo have started serving sandwiches and when I saw there was Tayto sandwich I had to go and sample it.
It’s made with ‘proper’ bread, lashings of butter and of course our famous Irish Tayto Crisps. It was delicious and along with my mint aero hot chocolate it was a great lunch (no calorie counting for a change!) and sure there are spuds included and they are vegetables 🙂
If Tayto Sandwiches are good enough for Pippa Middleton they are good enough for me 😉
The Blind Tiger is a coffee shop by day and a cocktail bar by night, it’s right beside the Garavogue and well worth a visit.
