We’ve had a lovely few days here in Sligo, it certainly made a change from all the rain we had when we were in Manchester. I’ve wanted to get a photo of Benbulben with a sunset for years and I managed to get this photo last night.
This was Knocknarea last night. We are so lucky to live in such a beautiful place.

Absolutely gorgeous, Val. W.B. Yeats is so much on my mind as I look at these. I wonder to what extent he stood and gazed at sunsets and how much they inspired him.
Love the sunset behind Ben Bulben. Gorgeous. Yet another thing I didn’t see when I was in Ireland. Which necessitates another visit, of course.
