A few weeks ago I went to Florence Court in County Fermanagh, it’s a beautiful place run by the National Trust. The house itself is 18th century although I didn’t go into the house mainly because of the price, it was £4.50 per adult to walk around the gardens and an extra £4.09 to do a tour of the house. If there was a combined ticket for both at a cheaper price I would have considered it.
Sadly I didn’t pick a very good day to visit so only got to spend an hour looking around. What with the rain and problems with my foot I cut my visit short.
The grounds are very beautiful though and I would have liked to have seen more. There is also a tea room and book shop at Florence Court. It would be great if you were there on a dry day to most the most of your visit.
The rest of my photos are here.
