Last night was brilliant. The Samboeire SambaBand had a free drumming lesson in Sligo so Lucy and I went along for the craic.
We really enjoyed it. The people were very friendly and we had some laughs especially when one of the fellas introduced himself as Mary. I can only think of him as Mary now 😉 It’s amazing that after only a couple of hours we were actually playing a tune!
There is another free lesson next week, sadly we can’t make it but I’m definitely going back again. It really was a great night. You can follow them on Facebook and find out more about the lessons.
