The sun was actually shining this morning so I made a trip I’ve been wanting to make for a while and went to see Teapot Land Luxury Campsite. It’s located off the beaten track on 5 acres of woodland in Leitrim and is also very near the Sligo and Donegal borders.
The camping or glamping is great. You get the pleasure of sleeping under canvas with the comforts of a hotel room. Each yurt has a king sized bed and pot-bellied stove (perfect for the Irish weather).
There is a communal self-catering kitchen which is located in a wood cabin. It’s so pretty. There is great attention to detail all over the campsite and you never know what you will see next. I love all the quirky things like wellington boots filled with flowers…..I took so many photos, they are all on my Flickr page.
Above is the pampering cabin so even if you aren’t a resident you can book a massage or reflexolgy treatment.
The cabin is very warm and cosy. What a lovely place to be pampered in.
The resident dog Anouska is very friendly and the great thing about Teapot Lane is that pets are welcome, so even your pet can have a holiday.
Be sure to look out for the fairies when you visit 🙂
