The So Sligo Food and Cultural Festival was on this weekend in Sligo. It’s always an enjoyable event with plenty to see and do. I attended a tour of Coopershill Venison Farm in Riverstown which I’ll blog about it another blog. I also went to a cookery demonstration by Saucepankids which I’ll cover in another blog.
There is always a lovely atmosphere around the town when the festival is on and luckily the rain held off.
Music was provided by the Samboeire SambaBand and I felt liked I’d stepped into ‘Wonderland’ when I spotted Alice and her friends.
There are more entertainment and events in the town today, well worth a look. You’ll never know who you will meet. The rest of my photos are here.
