This blog has nothing to do with Dana by the way…just incase you were wondering! I saw this tree in the Quayside, Sligo today…I wonder if they know it’s upside down? š Anyway I posted the pic on twitter and the lovely people at The Journal asked if they could use it š
Lucy and I had lunch in Cafe de Paris in the Quayside. It’s a lovely place they even do a malteser cheesecake which I might try next time. Lucy had a chocolate mousse which looked fab.
I had a bit of hassle this morning. I lost my driving licence, so I went to the motor taxation office to get a new one but I had to go to the garda station to get a form signed to say I’d lost it. So off I went in the lashing rain, had hassle parking, ran up and got the form signed. Went back to the motor taxation office where the nice man looked up my old licence on the computer. He informed me I can not only drive a car, a car and trailer and a moped, I can also drive a tractor and a truck! That’s news to me. The only problem is I don’t have a tractor or a truck…but never mind š Anyway I should have a new licence through soon.
I saw these lovely innocent smoothies with these lovely little hats š Aren’t they cute? It’s a great idea and for each one sold innocent give 25 cent to Age Action.
