There is such a thing as a free lunch :)

Well it’s been a busy day. I took Lucy into town to get her a new schoolbag and a few other things as she’s back at school on Tuesday. Before I went the postman arrived and bought me a sun catcher. I saw this when I was in Westport but I didn’t get it so I found the gift shop (O’Reilly and Turpin) on Facebook and they kindly sent it on.I think it’s really cute.

Anyway we went into town and I won lunch a while ago from a photo competition from So Sligo. The lunch was in Grappa, Rockwood Parade. It was lovely, and of course I took photos 😉

They also have lovely homemade cakes. Check out this carrot cake.

So lunch was lovely 🙂 Shopping wasn’t quite so good, we seemed to spend ages wandering around but not getting very far and Sligo was packed. I did get a toaster from Tesco for 8 euro though, which was pretty good and as our toaster blew up this morning and frightened the bejaysus out of me I needed to get another one.
