Strandhill

The first place we took Andy’s dad to was Strandhill. It’s a lovely place about 15 minutes drive from our house. It’s not safe to swim in as there are strong undercurrents. It’s lovely to walk along the beach and watch the surfers.

There were lots of jellyfish washed up along the beach. Some of them were really big.

We used to walk along the Dunes but they are starting to erode and are cordoned off at the moment.

Lucy is slightly obsessed by Harry Potter at the moment so we made a tribute to the film on the beach.

As we walked around I saw this guy, he’s like a spiderman surfer 😉
