Jono won a bike!

I entered a Facebook competition last week from Glenisk. I was trying to win Jono a bike. The surgeon had said cycling would be good for him. Many of you will know that Jono had spinal fusion surgery.

Anyway it was one of those ‘like’ competitions which I really don’t like as they turn into a popularity contest. We had lots of people voting for Jono including people from Facebook, twitter and the wonderful mum’s on magicmum. No matter how many votes we got there was always someone ahead of us so we really didn’t think we would win.

We were amazed when Glenisk decided not just to give away one bike….but three! Jono was a winner after all 🙂 It was so kind of them and it makes us realise there really are some lovely people out there. Including Glenisk and all the lovely people who sent us such kind comments. One lady even said if we didn’t win she would give Jono a bike 🙂 So well done to you all and thank you 🙂
