Today was the last day of school runs for two weeks which I’m delighted about š As I was driving Lucy to school this morning we saw an animal in the middle of the road. At first we thought it was a dog and then we realised it was a pig! I stopped my car but a car was coming the other way and swerving all over the road to avoid the pig who was now running towards us!! It was hilarious to be honest and if I wasn’t driving I would have filmed it. The other car carried on and I was going to try to find the pigs owner when I noticed a farmer coming towards me, so I wound the window down and shouted pig at him (you couldn’t make this up!) He obviously knew what I meant because he put his thumb up at me.
After dropping Lucy to school I was driving home and saw a baby bunny in the road! It wasn’t the Easter bunny because there was no sign of any Easter eggs.
The photo’s by way are ones I took years ago. So these aren’t today’s pig or rabbit.
When I came home from taking my mum shopping I saw an email from Feehily’s Flowers. I won tickets to a flower display there on Wednesday and uploaded some photo’s I took on to flickr. They were so pleased with the photo’s they had a bouquet of flowers for me! Aren’t they beautiful? What a lovely surprise to get š

well done, nice bonus to get something extra back from your photos. have a nice weekend.
I was delighted Katie especially as they hadn’t asked me to take photo’s. It was a lovely gesture.
Great photograph of the pig! Lucky he isn’t bacon slices!
The pig is Gertrude from Tullyboy Farm. I must go there again for a visit.
thanks for the laugh Val, you’ve done my sis & I the world of good!! š xx
Hope all is well xx
