Yesterday I took my mum and Jono to Enniskillen. We haven’t been there since November.
It’s a nice day out although I hate the driving. It’s an hour and half journey each way along some of the worst bends in the country. I wish they’d make the road straighter. Both ways we got stuck behind really slow drivers as well.
I love Iceland, they have some really good bargains there. I usually love Asda although I found it expensive this time. Also the checkout operator was another one with a face like a slapped arse (she must have trained at Sligo Tesco). She also spent the whole time talking to her mate on the till beside her. So I now know all about her friends pregnancy…..wonderful.
It’s mid-term break here this week so the kids and I are off to Dublin to see the X Factor tomorrow. Is it sad that I am looking forward to it?
The people here are always ignorant at Asda also – the checkout operators seem to think we want to see the back of their heads and hear about their night out! Have you ever tried doing the same with them – works wonders π
Hope you enjoy the show – I’m sure Aiden will recognise you – groupees!
Well Aiden winked at Lucy and waved π and he replied to me on twitter. Right proper groupie’s we are now π
I must try that with the checkout workers.
