So back to the old routine these last couple of days. Lucy is back at school, she’s shattered though and got a mountain of homework yesterday which didn’t help.
Andy is still doubled up, I’m calling him the Hobbit…..cruel aren’t I? I actually bought him a walking stick today, he wasn’t a bit impressed……just as well I didn’t get him a zimmer frame and I must admit I was tempted 😉
He saw this video on youtube of excercises that are meant to help with sciatica so he decided to give it a try…..I’m so glad we don’t have neighbours because the screams out of him were something else….I just wish I’d have filmed it.
I’m watching Holby at the moment, goodness knows why, they are doing a spinal operation, I don’t know why I’m watching it.

He is thinking about trying acupuncture, although it would have to be somewhere in Sligo, he’d never manage the journey to Dublin.
