Just another manic Tuesday

I woke up early because Sligo was meant to have snow last night, so I was hoping I would take one look at the snow and go back to bed…..no luck though, it was raining.

On the plus side there was no ice for the car to slide on, so I dropped Lucy off at school and as Jono isn’t in school until 11.ooam we went for a drive.

We drove down to the Holy well and took photos, although for some reason my lastest photos are rubbish…not sure why.

Then Jono was starving so we went to Dunnes and he had breakfast (even though he’d had cereal at home).  I had a coffee and a scone….it was lovely. I couldn’t believe it when I went to the toilet though, a woman was in one of the cubicles talking loudly on her phone….yuck, then she came out and didn’t even wash her hands, double yuck….aren’t some people minging.

We had a little walk around Doorly Park and tried to feed the ducks, although the seagulls weren’t a bit happy:

Then I dropped Jono at school and had to pay 80 euro for his Junior cert. mock exams….and he’s only doing four 😦  what happened to free education?
