Feeling Grateful on Good Friday

It’s been a mixed bag of a week. After the stumble there were a couple more wobbles. It teaches me I’m not invincible and to pay more head of my feelings so that’s a good thing.

Looking at HSE Facts and Figures

In light of the Versatis patches being withdrawn by the HSE I was looking into some of the spending by the HSE. I’m not targeting anyone as I know people are entitled to health care for various reasons but I am wondering if perhaps cuts could be made elsewhere.

Frightened and flustered

I had another counselling session today, it’s made the things that come up, things I hadn’t really thought about. I’ve realised I’m quite childish, I kind of knew that anyway. I can, on occasion, flounce (in my head anyway).

A sleeping and insomnia update
