If you are travelling on the N15 Sligo to Donegal Road you will probably have noticed the green building at the former filling station, it’s now a drive-thru coffee bar. I went along to chat to wish Sean all the best with his new venture. At the moment he’s serving coffees and ice cream, but he hopes to be serving toasted sandwiches in the near future.
If you want a break from driving while you enjoy your coffee there is outdoor seating so that you can relax for a while.
Roasted and Toasted is located opposite Henry’s Bar and Restaurant, just before Grange. You can find them on Facebook and Instagram.
