I wouldn’t normally dedicate a blog post to one dessert, but I have to with this one because it was amazing! I love Eton Mess – it’s one of my favourite desserts, I saw a jar of a lemon curd flavour Eton Mess and I it was out of this world!
It’s by Maddy’s Sweet Treats and I found her at Rathcormac Artisan Food and Craft Market on Saturday. The bad news is that she’s not there this Saturday (24th), but hopefully she’ll be back the following week. I’d suggest pre-ordering because I think she’ll sell out. You can find Maddy on Facebook
