I’ve started a new project, one that has been in my head for a long time. I’ve done a short podcast to tell you more about it, have a listen and let me know what you think (anything except weird would be good, because I’ve heard that a lot recently 😉 )

Val, this is a fantastic idea! Funnily enough, I took a picture of my Dad‘s hands at the kitchen table a few months ago for many of the same reasons that you talked about in your piece. I ended up writing a few words about the pic because so many memories came back to me as I remembered how much those hands had done. Our hands say so much about who we are and how we have lived, it would be wonderful to see a collection of them and share in their stories. I’ll have a chat with him and see if he’s ok for me to send it on to you, and would be more than happy to share my own hands and their story too. Well done you,xx
