My most popular post from last year was about Dock 84 in Sligo. Today I was doing some shopping in Lidl and I missed breakfast so it was a great chance to go back and revisit. The menu has changed quite a lot since I was there – and I’m kind of gutted I missed out on the Bubble and Squeak, but there are lots of wonderful options, including a kids menu and vegan options.
This time I had waffles topped with caramalised banana and strawberries, they were lovely and the service was so quick! I was waiting for less than 10 minutes!
