The Airport Café at Sligo Airport has reopened under new management with a brand new menu. It’s open Wednesday – Sunday from 8.30am – 4pm, serving breakfast, lunch, cakes, coffee and more.
It’s a handy little spot if you want somewhere out of town and don’t want to worry about finding a car parking space. It’s also nice to look out on the runway, although the airport isn’t a commercial airport it’s still home to Search and Rescue and Sligo Aero Club.
I popped in there today before the Strandhill People’s Market opened, I had Smashed Avo and it was very nice.

The Sunday breakfast options include French Roast, Overnight Oats, Mushroom Bagel, Breakfast Bap and Full Irish Breakfast and are available all day.
Lunch is served from 12.30 – 4 and include Soup, Beef Burger, Chicken Wings etc.
You can find them on Facebook here.
