Edible Gifts: Speedy Peanut Butter and Chocolate Fudge

Ohhhh….yes….yes…yes…Reese’s peanut butter cups! You’re right and I agree, Val. Beyond delicious! 🙂 They still remain my all-time favourite chocolate treat. I’ve always been a peanut butter addict to begin with, with chocolate being next in line as far as favourite sweets go, so it’s a match made in sweet treat heaven.

I’ve never tried Aldi’s peanut butter (it’s got to be better than Lidl’s, though – which is up there with the worst tasting peanut butter I’ve ever tasted), but will pick some up the next time I’m in the area in Sligo. My favourite peanut butter has always been Skippy’s (hard to get in Ireland, but I’m pretty sure Kate’s Kitchen in Sligo did stock it for a while) or, here in Ireland, Panda brand is pretty decent – do you believe me now when I say I’m a peanut butter fiend? 🙂
