There is a new farmer’s market taking starting on Saturday 15th June from 10am-5pm. It’s at the Benbulben Centre, Rathcormac so what better way to spend the day then taking in the market, trying some of the wonderful food from Soul Food Cuisine and having a wander around the Diarmuid and Grainne nature trail.
Also while I’m on the subject of markets the Sligo Farmer’s Market is also on every Saturday at the IT Sligo from 9am-1pm. There’s something for everyone from food and flowers to herbs and honey.
The next Sligo Flea Market will take place on June 22nd from 12-5pm in The Model, Sligo I know it’s a while away yet but it’s well worth putting a note in your diaries. This curated flea market seeks to bring a pop-up boutique experience to visitors for the afternoon.
There will be tables and rails of colourful and wonderful vintage clothing and accessories, from all eras, for all tastes, shapes and sizes. Faughts Records, purveyors of rare and exclusive vinyl will be making a welcome return to The Model on the day.
