I had a bit of time to spare on Friday when I was in Ballymote so I went for a walk in the park. It’s a really lovely place especially in Autumn when the leaves are falling.
As always I took way too many photos so I’ll let them speak for themselves.
Just through the railway car park is Ballymote Castle. It’s well worth a visit if you happen to be in Ballymote.

Yes it’s a bit different these days Mary. The park is really lovely, a great addition to Ballymote.
you managed to catch the railway cat i walk my dog through the castle and park everyday and he has made friends with that cat great pics 😀
