Yesterday was National Play Day at Doorly Park, Sligo. To be honest I didn’t know a thing about it until Farmer John from Farmyard in your Schoolyard told me about it. That’s one thing I would like to change about Sligo….where some things are kept a secret.
Anyway there were some families there so obviously some people knew about it 😉
The weather wasn’t the best but if you were relying on good weather in Ireland you’d never leave the house.
There were lots of different activities for the children: team games, windmill making, flower planting and lots more as well.
It was a lovely day out. I really enjoyed it. The rest of my photos are here.
