The Cairde Festival takes place from June 30th – July 8th this year. It’s always a great festival with loads to see and do for the whole family.
Some of this year’s highlights include Yungchen Lhamo in concert with Liam O’Maonlai, Madu, Delicious O’Grady, The Cool Mules, Papagena Puppet Theatre and a whole lot more. Annual highlights include The Shelly River Boat Race and Park Fest – two massive outdoor celebrations for all the family and all for free!
To raise funds for this wonderful event there is a ‘Big Auction’ taking place on June 7th, 2012 in The Glasshouse Hotel, Sligo at 8pm. It’s always a great night out and you could get something fantastic for a bargain price. Hope to see you there. Some of the lots include:
