It was nice to see Coolaney village in Sligo in the Irish Independent Newspaper today. It was an article about the dinosaurs in the village 🙂 They aren’t real…phew, but they are really well made by local man Leslie who made them in his spare time.
It seems a family of Jackdaws have made a nest in the belly of the tyrannosaurus rex! Just as well the dinosaurs aren’t real! My pics were taken years ago so they don’t do them justice. I must go back another day.

They are just up from the Mountain Inn. Keep driving and look to the right after you pass the houses. I thought I was seeing things the first time I saw them!
