Happy Pancake Day 🙂 I had a lovely morning. Source Sligo organised a pancake day in aid of the Sligo Cancer Support Centre. It was held on the 3rd floor of Source Sligo which is their cookery school.
The cookery school looks great. Maybe one day I might try a course there 😉
The pancakes were fantastic and there was a huge choice of toppings. It all looked very mouth-watering.
I was very torn on what to have on my pancake. I could have been good and had the healthy choice…..but I didn’t 😉
I had melted chocolate, nuts and cream on mine and it was delicious 😀
There were a great crowd of people there, it’s lovely to see such a worthy cause well supported.
Ocean FM were also there broadcasting from the day and there was a raffle for vouchers for Source Sligo….well done to the people who won them. I read on twitter that 1,200 euro was raised by the pancake day 😀 That’s brilliant.
