We were meant to have a heatwave today……I wonder what happened to it.
I took this photo this morning. I went for a short walk this morning. I haven’t had a run since Sunday when I managed to do 14 minutes. I’ve had a bad cold and feel quite rough, I’ve got a really sore throat as well and my voice is croaky. Jono is meant to be going for a check up on Friday and he’s got a cold and sore throat too so I’m hoping we’ll be better by then.

Hi Brendan, yes I have people in Mayo and Sligo following me so I wonder if I’ll get any feedback. I actually think it’s a great idea. I’ve often wanted to walk the track but as far as I know it’s private property.
