I writing this blog about a talented little girl called Lauryn. I know her mum through a website called magicmum which is a great forum for mums (and dads).
Anyway Lauryn is an All Ireland National Cheerleading Champion which is a massive achievement and has been selected for the National squad ‘Team Ireland’ to represent the country in the Cheerleading World Championships. The only problem is that it’s held in Florida and each child has to pay their own way.
So Wendy (Lauryn’s mum) has been busy fundraising. So far she has had a coffee morning and a raffle. There is also a table quiz planned which sounds great (shame I don’t live in Dublin).
