Firstly I took this photo over the weekend. It is the view from upstairs….not always with the rainbow though.

So what do I have to tell you? Well not a whole lot has been happening. Jono has finished his junior cert. exams so he has officially left school now….thankfully.

We had to go up to Dublin again yesterday for a hospital appointment for Lucy. It’s an annual appointment, but they took some blood tests to see if there is any reason why she feels faint quite often. Anyway we got to look around the shops and she got two pairs of shoes (babycham…..which I thought was a drink and converse……I really don’t see the fascination in shoes). It’s a long old day though, the train left at 7am and we got home at 8pm….it’s a three hour journey each way.

It started pouring with rain when we got out of the hospital so rather then walk to the Luas (which is a tram) we got a taxi. The driver was the nicest taxi driver I’ve ever met and he charged next to nothing. So friendly and chatty. So if anyone knows Damien who also sings as Englebert Humperdink in his spare time then say hello…..he’s a true gent.

Today I had to go out and get a few bits. So first of all I threw my money all over the shop (not intentionally) and then I fell off the pavement and in to Bertie (the car), twisted my ankle and broke a finger nail. There were people looking at me so I had to pretend I meant to do it…..I’m such a muppet 😉
