Todays photo is from yesterdays visit to Glencar. I love the waterfall, it’s so amazing and such a scenic place. I’ll go back another day with a picnic….and hopefully get to walk along by the lake. It’s easy to see how WB Yeats was inspired here…..talking of Yeats we have a camera club competition next week and the subject is Yeats poems….of course that’s a bit technical for me and my brain is buzzing, so goodness knows what I’ll enter.
Another weird day I took mum to get dads death certificate today….well it was an experience. It really reminded me of the film Beetlejuice where everyone takes a ticket and waits….and waits….and waits. I noticed a sign on the door saying that anyone needing a death certificate has to have the persons pps number (which is like a national insurance number), or course no one tells you this so I phoned the number given and had to almost beg the lady to give me the number over the phone. She needed all kinds of details, but in the end I got the number and when our number was eventually called in we went to the office. We were then asked where dad was born….home or hospital….and what address he was born at….I really don’t see how that matters in the grand scheme of things.

This afternoon was house hunting and everyone please send good vibes as I have fallen in love with a house!!!! Fingers crossed.
