I have to tell you about The Smoothie and Juice Bar in Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim. The name would suggest that it’s a smoothie and juice bar, but look beyond the name and step inside the shop and you will be spoilt for choice!
They do waffles, ice cream sundaes, home made (healthier) Bounty and Snickers Bar, Protein Balls, Rocky Road, and so much more. And of course they do a wide variety of smoothies and juices.
They Acai Bowls are delicious if you want something healthy for breakfast and if you want to treat yourself I highly recommend the Kinder Bueno Waffle.
It’s also a great shop with a wide range of American sweets and other goodies that you won’t find anywhere else.
