A little story

I have a little story to tell you. In February I was at a fundraiser for the Sligo Leitrim & West Cavan-Rape Crisis Centre.  One of the ladies, who I had never met, won a gym membership for the Clayton Hotel Sligo. She’d heard about Jono so she gave me the prize. It’s meant Jono can go to the swimming pool to do his physio and it’s made a world of difference.

This lady and her friends are doing a Charleston Marathon in the Strandhill People’s Market to raise funds for their centre and if you can’t go but would like to support them please I’d really appreciate it:

There is also a Gatsby Ball on September 28th (hence the Charleston connection). It’s on in the Clayton Hotel, Sligo and it’s going to be fabulous because it’s organised by JoAnne from Blooming Fabulous. If you need an event organised this is your lady. Tickets are €50 and this includes a 3 course meal and dancing the night away. Again this is to raise money for the Rape Crisis Centre so if you can go that would be wonderful.
