A few weeks ago I entered a competition on Facebook to win a beautiful Shell Cone Double Pendant from The Cat and The Moon. I was delighted when my name was picked out by Martina Hamilton’s daughters Anna and Ellen! The pendant is part of The Shell Cone Collection by Martina Hamilton and is Hallmarked Sterling Silver Double Shell Pendant. 22 Carat Gold plating inside with a Sterling Silver snake chain.
When I went into The Cat and The Moon to collect my prize Martina took me on a tour of the workshop so I could see how the jewellery is made. It was fascinating and I had no idea of the story behind the jewellery. I’m really interested in art and crafts so it was great to get an insight into how the process works. I’m thrilled with my new pendant, it’s absolutely beautiful. So thank you to Martina, Anna, Ellen and all at The Cat and The Moon for my wonderful prize. As I’m not the most photogenic person Lucy modelled the pendant for me.
