On Saturday I helped Sligo Animal Rescue sell cards and cakes at Connacht Gold Sligo. I had a lovely time and it was wonderful to see a few of the dogs that they have rescued and are now in loving homes.
One lovely lady bought along ‘Kevin and Lolly’ packs, which are biscuit mixes especially for dogs. The samples went down a treat, as did the packs themselves. Rocket-dog was very impressed.
Sligo Animal Rescue will be selling cards in SuperValu Ballisodare on Friday and Saturday and also on Saturday in Johnston Court. If you have a bit of spare time and can help them sell the cards please get in touch.
We are also holding our jumble sale in aid of Sligo Animal Rescue, Kath’s Kitty Corner and the Sathya Sai Donkey Sanctuary on Saturday from 12-6 at the Adelaide Bar, Sligo. Please come along and grab a bargain 🙂
