I’ve spent a lazy day today, I feel really tired, mind you I didn’t sleep very well last night so that’s probably why. The weather has turned really cold, more like Winter then Autumn and it’s getting dark at around 7pm.
Lucy is back to school tomorrow, so it’s back to the old routine again.
I seem to be turning into a mad cat woman, there seem to be new cats appearing on a daily basis. We have our own two Chicken and Yorkie then we have the regular visitors: Silly Cat (who is really daft but very cute), Smelly cat who is a real bully and wee’s on everything, Yelly Cat who is in the video below
and in recent days we have another cat that has turned up. Not sure if it’s male of female but it walks just like Andy does at the moment so we’ve nicknamed it Sciaticat.

That cat in the YouTube video is deffo weird. It’s no wonder that women who had such creatures in the 1600s were burnt as witches… scary.
I love cats, we have a dog at the mo on its last legs but I have missed having cats since our last one died about seven years ago.
Even now, occasionally in the dead, sacred silence of night, I hear what I think is a child crying in the distance only to discover, after a while of listening to the haunting sound – it is a cat… a horrible and eerie wail I can never quite get used to despite being psychic and normally not at all fazed by such things. Hmmm If I were a witch, I think my familiar might be a… goldfish – lots of mouth movement – not a sound and cheap to feed! What would others have as their familar?

My familiar would certainly be a cat….or cats as it seems to be at the moment.
The talking cat was back again this morning, he is so loud!
He’s gone now and Sciaticat is back, everytime I open the back door there is a different cat there 😉
