Well we lead a very exciting life here.
We got a deep fat fryer from Lidl yesterday had one in years (ooerr missus), so there was great excitement this evening when I decided to use it. In fact I couldn’t get near it with the rest of the family crowding around. It will probably be the first and last time that Andy goes anywhere near it, although he has this strange idea that I should open a fish and chip shop….yeah like that’s going to happen. The chips were nice by the way.

How nice – there is something about ‘real’ chips – my daughter had a fryer for Christmas last year and we do samosa’s as well as chips and stuff …. its usually me who cleans it out though… bet you guessed that didn’t you?

Luckily this fryer all comes apart and can go in the dishwasher, so I won’t be elbow deep in oil.
